Logos Baptist Church

History

Dear brothers and sisters,

On April 5th, 2009, Chinese Bible Baptist Church had merged with Good News Community Church and became Logos Baptist church. Logos Baptist Church is co-ministered by Rev. Simon Fan and Rev. David Ng until the end of September 2010 when Rev Fan retires. Most of our members are immigrants from Hong Kong and we also have a big group of energetic college students in our midst. We all share the same vision of fulfilling the great commission of God and spreading the gospel in our community. During the merging process, we see a beautiful picture of love and acceptance. As a church, we indeed experienced blessings and love from our Heavenly Father.

We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God. Its living character helps us to overcome obstacles in life. We believe that the blood of Christ forgives our sins and make us new. We also believe that the Holy Spirit empowers us to overcome sin and therefore we can bear the fruit of life. Logos Baptist Church focuses on worship, prayer, mission, discipleship, caring and family building. While you participate in our Sunday worship service, your children can join the Sunday school classes that we provide for all ages. We also have missionaries come in regularly to share with us what the Lord is doing all around the world.

If you are looking for a warming and loving church, we invite you to join this Spiritual family of ours. If you are going through hurdles in your life or simply have questions about Christianity, please feel free to contact us. We are more than happy to talk to you and share with you the love of Christ. May the love and peace of the Lord be with you!

His servants,

Rev. Simon Fan and Rev. David Ng
